Help support LAHSP's Master's students' capstone field research in Latin America by joining students and faculty for a night of music and dancing. 100% of funds raised from ticket sales will help support the Latin American and Hemispheric Studies Program Fund which provides student with the opportunity to conduct field research throughout the Western Hemisphere. Every year students partner with institutions to collaborate on a project of mutual interest in the region.

This year's groups will be:

Investigating public awareness of human trafficking in Puerto Rico with Florida Coalition Against Human Trafficking
Implementing a community-based, sustainable forest management program in Bolivia with The Nature Conservancy
Analyzing smart grid tech technology and wind power as well as the potential for foreign and domestic investment in Argentina with the Inter-American Development Bank
Assessing the impact and effectiveness of crime and youth violence prevention programs in El Salvador with the Research Triangle Institute
