United Spinal Association is the largest disability-led advocacy organization representing the interests of more than 1 million Americans living with a spinal cord injury or disease.
With 35,000 members nationwide, and a nationally organized grassroots network of 60 chapters and support groups we will make our voices heard on Capitol Hill on the issues of Medicare, Medicaid and employment to better the lives of individuals with disabilities, their families and caregivers.
